Seeing more GCs require daily photos proving tie-off at the 6 ft threshold per 1926.501 before crews step onto the deck; our downtown Milwaukee re-roof added it this week. Are others getting this baked into subcontracts, and if so, how are you verifying anchors and PPE without creating a morning bottleneck? From a prevention standpoint I like the documentation, but I want to keep inspections tight and consistent.
