On “two crews, one lift,” we run 15-minute slots: while one crew has the telehandler, the other ropes up smalls and stages cut lists, and we label pallets by slope (N-1, S-2) the night before so the lift is only for essentials when the forecast turns. @LuisG showed me the pallet labeling trick and it cut our lift time by about 30%.
